Who We Are

Guardian Anesthesia Services (GAS), PLLC is a private practice anesthesia group focused on patient satisfaction and excellent clinical care. GAS clinical providers include board certified anesthesiologists and nurse anesthetists who work as a team to maximize safe and patient specific service no matter the complexity of the case or patient.  GAS continues to expand its service locations and includes Clear Lake Regional Medical Center, Bay Area Surgery Center, Pearland Medical Center, and Grammercy Outpatient Surgery Center thereby offering a team approach to anesthesia services for more than 35,000 procedures a year in the Houston Area.

In addition to our skilled team of board certified anesthesiologists, our team includes cardiac and pediatric fellowship trained anesthesiologists to care for our most complex pediatric and cardiac patients. Our nurse anesthetists and physicians are skilled in preoperative evaluation, obstetrical anesthesia, and trauma. Our team develops and executes sophisticated and patient specific anesthetic plans for orthopedic, neurosurgical, plastic, urologic, bariatric, and gynecologic procedures and is excellent in skills required for regional and neuraxial anesthetic techniques. We pride ourselves in patient centered service including pain control in the operating room and post-operative care unit.
